IE Interaction ...

Is there a way to specify that iJournal is my default LiveJournal editor? So that if I click [reply] in IE when reading a journal, it opens iJournal for my post. That would be cool. It would be cool to reduce IE involvement overall.

No. The protocol doesn't allow for posting replies. It would be nice to be able to complete eliminate the webbrowser from the process.

Even if that were at all possible (it isn't), iJournal can't reply to journal entries. You probably mean when clicking "edit" while on the "Read Comments" page.. still, there's no way short of AppleScript to do something like that, and I'm 100% sure that there would be no way of embedding an AppleScript in an HTML document that would work (and be secure), plus it would have to be on LJ's server side, so that would never happen.

If the reason you want this is to edit older entries, I can tell you that an interface for that (like the Windows and Linux clients have) is coming.
