New Version

I'm just glad the new version (1.52) supports iTunes 4. I can go back to simply clicking the iTunes icon and automatically get the song name and whatnot.

People still use iJournal?
Xjournal (http://livejournal.com/~xjournal/) never had any issues with iTunes 4 at all. It's taken 2 weeks for iJournal to catch up.

Quite honestly, why does anyone use iJournal over Xjournal anymore? Xjournal does everything iJournal ever did and more, and its development seems a heck of a lot more active.

Am I missing something here? Why wouldn't anyone use Xjournal?

Re: People still use iJournal?
Why? Quite simply because Xjournal does not support users running Mac OS 10.1! I refuse to pay for a point upgrade. And I have not the time to download it illegally from Carracho.

10.2 isn't a 'point upgrade'.

Re: People still use iJournal?
Saying that everyone should use the same thing is stupid. There is no reason to say that everyone should only use one thing. That is NEVER a good idea!

The problem, however, is that the iJournal developers don't want to resolve that problem so they will have the same problem with iTunes 5. I offered them the code to fix this once and for all but they specifically decided to pre-emptively break code.
