Totally off-topic...

Well, I made the hard decision to sell my G4 cube. If you are looking for a nice quiet machine, you can bid here.

Now, before people start vicious rumors, this does not mean I've given up on iJournal... quite the contrary...

In fact, thanks to shacker (with a link to his real blog) it got a wonderful mention in July's MacWorld.

So, I'm jonesing for a 12" powerbook. Feed my future code development by buying my cube, and you'll get a free... something... I dunno, lint.. something from my desk (no, not under it).

The mention in MacWorld was nice, but it seemed to highlight the fact that iJournal is nowhere near feature-complete.

I've started working on syncitems/editing older entries support; hopefully I'll have some code to commit next week.

While you are here...
Is there any interest in using any of my code from that version I have been throwing around on here with the local archiving support?

Re: While you are here...
Oh, I wasn't following the comments on that thread anymore, since I assumed someone else would tell you this.

You just need to contact cryo to get added to the development team. You should create an account on sourceforge.net so he can add you; then you can just make the changes in CVS yourself.

FWIW, I'm starting to feel that my G4 Cube just isn't cutting it anymore. Want something beefier.

Guess we'll see what's what after WWDC.

Can I join?
I submitted posted to the community with some changes and I would like to commit them if you think that they are sufficient.

awww...too bad to hear you're selling your cube. i've had a cube for a few years now, and although it's lacking a bit in power, it surely makes up for it in being the most beautiful computer apple ever made. asthetically alone, i'll keep mine forever. :)
