How to remove old journal names?

I'm running iJournal 1.54 on OSX 10.3.9.

I've tried trashing the p.list, uninstalling and reinstalling the iJournal application -- it still shows all my past journal names, even ones I've deleted. How can I get rid of them in the login box?
