I guess we just need to stay tuned to status.livejournal.com for further updates. I am having this problem too -- and I cannot believe how quickly I have become addicted to using the ijournal client.
hmm. it didn't say that when i looked an hour ago. i guess they didn't think to tell anyone...
the ijournal client rocks. especially now that it no longer blocks itself when talking to itunes or checking friends lists. that latter used to cause consistent crashes!
no, not if they updated the status page after they began the work.
there are a lot of reasons i say livejournal sucks, and this is simply one of them. (the miserable processing of payments is another... if you want my money, damn well make it easy! :-) however, i'm already vested in its community of users, so i'm still here...
there are business flaws, technical flaws, and a lot of sheer stupidity in the interface. but that's a potentially long dicussion, and potentially not worth having, since i'm not a developer for it. :)

Of course, this wasn't ever really intended to be a business in the first place, so I figure they're doing pretty good with what they have. ^_^
Ditto that! :)
