I've been using ijournal for a few months now with no real complaints. But now, I've opened a second journal.
There is a drop down box for which journal to post in, but it shows neither my second account, nor this community. Am I missing something? Is there a way to set things up so that I can switch between the two accounts easily. And do I need to use livejournal's update page to post to communities? What is the drop box there for?
I'd appreciate any pointers.
Thank You,

To post to a community, you should be able to use the dropdown box. Try quitting iJ and restarting it; it should get the list of communities you're members of then. This is what that popup menu is for.

To post to a second account, you need to log into it - journal/Login as... (apple-shift-L), and type in the name and password. It's a little awkward if you have several it switches between; it'd be nice if there was an easier way to switch with the passwords cached for you, like xJournal does.

Thank you.
Quit, restarted, ijournal was in the drop box.
And I didn't know about "apple, shift, L", so that helps too.

It sounds like your second account isn't allowed to post to this community so it isn't showing up. Since the accounts are managed separately, you will have to login to the one you want to use. If you have the second account join this community, then you will get this option with the new account.

Actually, the second account is the one that is a member, I just hadn't restarted ijournal since joining.
But thank you, anyways.
